Hi, Yep, we ran across the same problem... What you need to do to reset it, is to take the back cover off of the battery compartment. To the left of the screw hole is a little hole. Take a pin or an end of a paper clip and push it in the tiny hole.
The code will automatically reset to 1111. Then if you want to reset the pin to a customized number, while the box is open, hit the "pin" button and reset to your personal code.
